High-quality absorbers for heat recovery
Sun Master uses only high-quality solar absorbers for solar panels in order to guarantee optimum heat transfer. Using modern welding processes, the absorbers are attached to the solar panels and insulated to prevent heat loss. The following methods are used:
Cu ultrasonic
- High-frequency welded joints for optimized heat transfer sheet/tube register
- Full copper absorber
- Full-surface absorber to 2.7 m²
- Standardized weld seam testing
Aluminum laser
- State-of-the-art laser welding method
- Welding speed up to 20 m/min
- Absorber production up to a length of 1.5 x 5 m
- 2 x 600 laser-spotwelds per meter
- Strengthened welds at the end of the harp tubes
- Standardized weld seam testing
- Meander, drain back meander and harp absorber are weldable
- Copper/copper absorbers
- Aluminum/copper absorbers
- Aluminum/aluminum absorbers
